HOLLYWOOD DIME
Set in 1975 in Los Angeles, California, HOLLYWOOD DIME is a crime noir seen through the eyes of Police Chief BENITO GARCIA. As the first Mexican-American Chief of Police in the city's history, Benito is taking the high road and believes in rehabilitating criminals and improving the lives of his people. The story opens up with the inciting incident told in flashback of THE SLEEPY LAGOON TRIAL. The worst racially motivated time period for Mexican Americans in L.A. History.
Garcia has his work cut out for him; he inherits a police force with charges of massive corruption. In the beginning, we are introduced to Detective JACK GOMEZ who returns to the force after a six-month leave after the death of his partner WILL DOYLE.
Chief Garcia gladly accepts Gomez back and puts him on the murder case of Jose Rodrigo, who was found shot with a silencer in the back of the head at the hottest club in town THE MAYAN. A club known as a "pleasure dome" with rampant cocaine use and prostitution.
The suspect is Harlan Maguire wanted for several recent unsolved murders. Chief Garcia’s arch nemesis is ANTONIO ROSARIO, reputed Mexican Drug Lord who is implicated in the murder as the owner of the club.
Chief Garcia decides to pay a visit to the Beautiful socialite, Abby Aldrich Rosario the ex-wife of Antonio Rosario. The Chief pressures Abby to be a state witness in the ongoing investigation against her former husband.
Jose Rodrigo was a loud mouth former foot soldier for Rosario who had dreams of being his own boss. No one leaves Rosario alive, says Gomez to LUNA, the beautiful massage therapist who was at the club the night of Jose's murder.
Chief Garcia also assigns a new Detective to work with Gomez, Gary Stansfield, a recent transfer from San Diego. With a tip of Maguire's whereabouts the detectives think they finally have him cornered, only to learn that Gary Stansfield was found floating in the L.A. river the same day. Seems like Maguire, who is a master of disguise was working closely along side Gomez the entire time.

With the amount of attention that the modern athlete is bestowed with it is imperative to do the Right Thing. FOUNDATION will change the perception by enlightening the audience with the knowledge of the good works that our HEROES are involved in.
Pilot Episode will feature former NBA All Star Tim Hardaway and his Foundation CROSS OVER.
